1
Translate specifications into benefits
Pair each confirmed feature with a practical reason a customer might care. A 350 mL mug holds a stated volume; whether it suits a particular routine is an angle to consider, not a fact to assume. Keep the specification visible so readers can judge the benefit for themselves.
2
Match the copy to the listing
Name the item, its intended audience and where the text will appear. A compact catalog listing needs a different opening from a detailed product page. Ask for a clear first sentence, scannable details and a tone that matches your existing brand language.
3
Check claims against the source
Compare the draft with your packaging, specification sheet or supplier information. Remove invented materials, certifications, compatibility claims and guarantees. This review is especially important when a plausible-sounding sentence could affect a customer's purchase decision.
